		<description>I&#039;m so glad to have found your blog. I spent about 8 years of my life in Gimont (dans le Gers) when i was little but i still have vivid memories of the food, farms etc.. Your blog and pictures bring it all back to life. Thanks for sharing!</description>

		<description>Great post Kate.  I truly would like to partake in the killing of chickens et al but I have not made the leap.  I&#039;ve watched chickens, pigs and cows  being killed in Samoa in the late 1970&#039;s  and in Australia in the 1980&#039;s when I travelled there-and it kind of put me off.  
 But, I do hope that you will spare Henri IV-he is such a magnificent fellow. I have a hard time putting down my pets- when they are terminal and if I raised chooks  I am afraid that I would get attached to them all. Intellectually I do get it but when it comes to the nasty deed - I am out of here.</description>
