How about when your favorite friends showed up with a hamper full of goodies for an impromptu pique-nique on the terrace? Put them all together, pop open a box of cold Pink Wine, and join me in celebrating the French Summer with old friends and new… at Camont!

Em lives with his family in Hastings on the South Coast of England. Originally from South Africa of a Greek family, he bakes. And bakes and bakes. And now, he teaches you to bake, too. Join Em at Camont in Kate’s Kitchen to discover the journey of good bread using organic local French heritage wheat and Em’s fool-proof, easy techniques. You’ll go home smiling with the knowledge that you too, can make good bread. Who else is coming over for a weekend?
Le Weekend #1 July 15th Tim Clinch
“iPhone in the Kitchen”- A one time, one-day iPhoneography mini-workshop with Tim Clinch, international award-winning Food Photographer. Tim shares his approach to summer food photography at Camont using his favorite camera- the one that’s always with him. Here’s a few of his thoughts on using his iPhone and his favorite app- Snapseed.
The iPhone in the Kitchen workshop is a just a small part of our full three-day Natural Light Natural Food workshops; We just thought it would be fun to have more people for a morning of iPhoneography! So, this mini-workshop lasts from nine am to one pm followed by group lunch. Camping is encouraged so join us as we celebrate La Fête Nationale or Bastille Day-at-Camont!
The first three people to book a day workshop pay a special price of 100 Bucks*. After that, these lite-hearted mini-workshops are just 175 Bucks per person. Add on the Eurostar, Easyjet or BA from London to Bordeaux to Agen, le cheap hotel (or bring a tent!) and you earn the bragging rights to tell your friends that you are popping over to visit your “other place” in the South of France- Le Weekend at Camont.
Questions? give me a shout in a comment. I’m stringing the party lights, fixing the Chinese lanterns and growing the figs for our BBQ sauce.
* First come, First serve for this one time offer- 100 French Bucks. A buck is a dollar, a euro, a pound- you choose!
