A morning cooking class + Lunch

Throughout the year Kate teaches simple and intensive one-day classes focused on special projects: Savory and Sweet French Pastry; A Long French Lunch; Market to Table. Coming to France this winter and want to know how to make a perfect Cassoulet? Summer vacationing in Southwest France and want to learn a taste of how Gascon dishes are made? Pop down from Paris on the TGV for a day of cooking in the French Countryside. Classes are usually scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday market days. Day Classes are hands-on and delivered in English or French. Come for a day of exploring good Gascon food and cook with Kate Hill in her Kitchen at Camont.

Details

  • Market Classes begin at the Wednesday Farmer's Market in Lavardac at 10:00; other days begin at Camont at 10:00

  • Hands-on Cooking Class 10:00-1:00

  • 1:00- 3:00 Four-Course Lunch with Wine & Beverages

  • Class fees includes all food, drink, written recipe booklet, and Camont's professional French apron.

  • 2019 Rates below for small groups:

    • 300€ per person-minimum 4 people or 1200€ day fee.

    • 250€ per person for each additional person.
